The BAURéaLS (Emergency, Intensive Care, Operating Rooms and Logistics) technical platform project at the Lyon Sud Hospital has been developed from the outset using LEAN DESIGN. We are now in the APD phase ... and the process continues.
This WEBINAR will tell the story of this new way of building a project by involving staff from all sectors involved in the project.
