The new school year begins with some important news: Alexis Peyer, an architect with the studio for 19 years, acquires a 40% stake in Michel Rémon & Associés

Since it was founded in 1984, the Michel Rémon & Associés studio and its team have consistently designed and built large-scale projects, including hospitals, stadiums, universities and research laboratories. With more than a hundred references in France and abroad, Michel Rémon has established his studio as one of France's leading architectural practices.

In 2016, Alexis Peyer joined forces with Michel Rémon to continue the business and take architectural exploration even further, gradually acquiring a 40% stake in the company by 2023. In this way, the history of the studio will continue to be written, just as the projects will continue to claim a meaningful architecture.

For Alexis Peyer, becoming an architect is a vocation. What drives him on a daily basis is playing with the complexity of a programme, which is itself embedded in a complex terrain. In the end, the subtlety of this work is to create a legible, uncluttered form that blends harmoniously into its surroundings and makes the customer experience reassuringly simple.
